Account & sign-in
Trouble signing in with email, Google, or Apple? Include your username and the sign-in method you use. Password reset is available from the login screen in the app.
Location & courts
If the map looks empty, check that RimRun has location permission while you use the app. To report a wrong court or suggest an edit, use in-app flagging or email us with the court name.
Safety & moderation
Report users or messages in the app. To appeal a moderation action, use the in-app appeal flow or email support with your username and what happened.
Privacy & your data
Manage visibility and messaging settings under Profile in the app. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle data, including how to delete your account.
